At Outdoor Garden Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unused, undamaged, with all tags attached)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Cutting Tools (once used cannot be resold)
  • Garden Paint & Fence Treatments (opened containers)
  • Garden Pond Care products (liquid treatments)
  • Personalised or custom-made Garden Ornaments

Note: Eco Friendly Pots and other planters may be returned if unused and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Use the template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship your return to our warehouse at:

  5. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will process your refund within 5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Refund Timelines

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we process the refund
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process the refund

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged during original shipping
  • We sent the wrong item
  • The product was defective

In these cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
