Shipping Information

Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx with estimated delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over £50): Delivered via EMS with estimated delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We currently ship worldwide but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unused, undamaged, with all tags attached)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cutting Tools (once used cannot be resold)
  • Garden Paint & Fence Treatments (opened containers)
  • Garden Pond Care products (liquid treatments)
  • Personalised or custom-made Garden Ornaments

Eco Friendly Pots and other planters may be returned if unused and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship your return to:

    (Include the RMA number clearly on the package)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will process your refund within 5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Refund Timelines

Depending on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we process the refund
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process the refund

Exchanges

  • We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged during original shipping
  • We sent the wrong item
  • The product was defective

In these cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  2. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund
  3. You may need to return the damaged item (we’ll cover shipping)
